Quality Meats, the renowned NYC steakhouse from the Quality Branded group is seeking experienced SERVER ASSISTANTS for immediate hire at the Miami Beach location.

We are seeking EXPERIENCED Front of House Staff to join our team:

-2 years experience preferred.
-fine dining experience preferred.
-Full time positions; must have open schedule availability.

All full time and part time candidates must have availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

This winter, the second location of acclaimed Manhattan restaurant Quality Meats opens in a historic Art Deco hotel in the heart of South Beach. It is the first venture outside of New York City for Fourth Wall Restaurants, the group founded seven years ago by father‑son team Alan and Michael Stillman. Michael tapped longtime collaborators AvroKO to create a stripped‑down Art Deco atmosphere with raw edges and warm textural details, such as leather and canvas upholstery in the bar furniture and wicker‑caned screens in the main dining room. The family‑owned butcher shops found throughout New York City inspired the flagship Quality Meats, and here the concept is married with the beauty of worn Art Deco details in a Miami setting. The hotel’s original check‑in desk now serves as a butcher counter with cured foods available for purchase, the former reception desk functions as a service bar, and a custom meat‑hook chandelier is the centerpiece for the main bar and lounge.

At Quality Meats Miami Beach, executive chef/partner Craig Koketsu offers a menu that enhances elements of a classic butchery with large cuts of beef that are cured, smoked or aged in‑house. Diners can expect hearty, flavorful dishes such as a short rib for two, double tomahawk rib steak and roasted suckling pig, along with a variety of enticing seafood options and favorites from Quality Meats New York such as broccoli & Cheetos, parmesan waffle fries and corn crème brûlée. Guests can experience the restaurant in a variety of settings: in the main dining room, a handsome space that seats 120, a lush outdoor patio that accommodates 70, private dining rooms that can accommodate events from 15‑50 guests and a hidden wine nook for an intimate party of 8. With Quality Meats Miami, Fourth Wall Restaurants introduces a dining destination to South Beach that channels an old‑world perspective with a distinctly modern approach.
