Juku is a unique multi-floor Japanese restaurant that houses multiple concepts and guest experiences under one roof.

The Front of House Manager will work to help build and manage a great FOH team, create systems to ensure impeccable steps of service and develop a culture of excellent hospitality. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven candidate to join our team. We are looking for people who consider the Hospitality Business
a career path and are indulged in all things food and beverage.

Our ideal candidate possesses:
- Desire to go above and beyond what one would find at a traditional restaurant and create memorable dining experiences
- Dedication to hospitality
- Integrity and honor
- Solid food and beverage knowledge with the desire to learn more about food, wine, beer, sake and spirits
- Experience selling beverage on the floor (Sommelier experience a plus but not necessary)
- Leadership quality and a drive to cultivate a hospitality culture in service
- Experience in a Japanese Restaurant


- 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume fine dining restaurant
- Flexible Schedule (weekdays, nights and weekend shifts)
- Job Stability and Reliability
- Experience with service, bartending and maitre d' roles
- Excellent leadership and time management skills
- Book of business, promotional background, industry network


- Overseeing daily operations
- Ensuring guest experience standards including guest recovery when addressing guest complaints
- Floor and Service Supervision
- Employee Scheduling & Payroll
- New Employee Discovery, Onboarding Procedures and Training
- Opening & Closing Duties
- Team building via training / pre-shift meetings
- Managing Social Media Presence
