Come work with our stellar team, and learn from rising star Chef Nikole Morsink (formerly of The Modern, Eleven Madison Park, and the NoMad). We're a new restaurant in the West Village, just starting to go through reviews, and we're adding talented team members to our team. We have high standards, and hope you do too (but we also have a lot of fun). We're looking for chef de parties with fine dining experience. Our teammates have worked at DANIEL, Thomas Keller's The TAK Room, Le Bernardin, Spago, and more.

We're looking for a chef de partie with solid experience to join our team. We're a fast-paced kitchen with a love of great seasonal ingredients, and we're a tight-knit team that relies on good people who work well together. If you know how to shuck oysters, we definitely want to talk to you.

As a chef de partie at The Riddler, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a station on the line at The Riddler
- Attention to detail on all dishes going out of the kitcjen
- Ensuring all food orders are properly made, and plated with a sense of urgency
- Setting up and stocking your station
- Prepping for our daily operations of the Riddler kitchen
- You are expected to act with professionalism at all times at The Riddler

The Riddler is a Champagne Bar opening this September in the West Village at West 4th and Bank. Our first location in San Francisco was named “Wine Bar of the Year” by Eater, a Wine Spectator Award winner, and “Best Concept” by Star Chefs. We’re looking for a passionate leader and true hospitality professional to lead our New York-based team.

We are a women-led team: our founder, 100% of our investors, and many members of our leadership team are women.

Our motto at The Riddler is “Hello, old friend.” It’s a line that is printed on our tables and menus, and a sentiment that guides what we do every day. We hope that when you visit us, you’ll feel like you’re settling in at a place you’ve always loved.

We have over 100 Champagnes by the bottle and dozens of sparkling wines by the glass to choose from: old and new, traditional classics and unusual discoveries, by the glass and by the bottle (or magnum or 9L). At the center of our space is an old wooden backbar that we’ve lined with a collection of vintage Champagne buckets and glassware that we’ve picked up at flea markets and estate sales over the last decade.

We’re a women-led team: we have 33 investors, all of whom are women, and our entire management team happens to be led by a bad-ass crew of women. We love serious wines but don’t take ourselves too seriously: we pair our Champagne with tater tot waffles, serve our caviar with potato chips, and offer free popcorn all day and all night.
