JOIN US FOR OPEN CALL THURSDAY, 1/9/2020!Open Call Interviews happen every other Thursday from 3pm-4pm at Au Cheval Dinner - 33 Cortlandt Alley, New York, New York. During the Open Call expect a 5-15 minute interview where you will get to meet with various leaders of our Hogsalt Leadership team. Please come prepared with any questions you may have about the position you are interested in. Feel free to send your resume and we can set up an interview if the open call time does not work for you.
Au Cheval is looking for Full-Time Line Cooks to join the team at Brendan Sodikoff’s nationally acclaimed Au Cheval, where we spin diner classics with a hip-hop vibe, an open kitchen, and a French influence.
