Job Details

A large tiki bar serving food inspired by the Pacific Rim, Shore Leave is our interpretation of a tropical escape, through the lens of our love for Boston’s rich dining scene. Named after a sailor’s leisure time on dry land, Shore Leave’s tropical concoctions aim to transport guests away from the hustle and bustle of city life -- thus, our goal is to host a convivial, neighborhood tiki party, seven nights a week! 


Like our sister restaurants Bar Mezzana, Black Lamb, and No Relation, Shore Leave will be a collaborative environment that fosters education and growth on every level. We are seeking those who are of similar mind and will strive to exceed our guests’ expectations through hard work, passion, kindness and originality. We want to create a team that is proud of what they put forth and our greatest hope is for Shore Leave to provide a unique respite within our community.  


Candidates should have some previous high-volume cooking experience, but we are happy to train the right person. Most importantly, we’re looking for those who share our dedication to hospitality, our excitement for food & cocktails, and our respect for those who work alongside us.
