Aska is the fine dining, two Michelin-starred restaurant run by Swedish chef Fredrik Berselius offering a multi-course tasting menu in an intimate yet spacious, ten-table dining room. We are a small, tight-knit team of hospitality professionals with long-term experience at top NYC kitchens. We offer a supportive working and learning environment that fosters growth and promotes career advancement through ongoing wine education along with gardening and foraging at North Brooklyn Farms and trips to other NY farms.
Aska is presently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a captain. Candidates should have a keen attention to detail, a passion for food and wine, an innate sense of hospitality, and motivation to grow and learn.
