Line Cook: Responsible for stocking station with necessary ingredients, which are prepped to the company’s specifications for quality. Must strictly follow line recipes, proper builds, and specified guest modifications for preparing food to order for the guest, while maintaining a clean station and workspace. Coordination of designated position requires strong communication and teamwork with other employees, including assembler, expo, and all members of management. Performance is measured based on ability to follow recipes and line builds with speed and accuracy, focusing on execution, plate cleanliness, and presentation. Must be able to manage many guest checks simultaneously. Proper sanitation protocols must be followed. Responsibilities also include opening duties and closing cleaning duties.
Prep Cook: Responsible for prepping all items on daily prep sheet as instructed by supervisor/management. Must strictly follow recipes provided to ensure the quality and consistency of all products and menu items. Must be able to work independently, efficiently, and maintain a clean workspace. Dishwasher: Responsible for quickly and efficiently cleaning food containers, prep materials, plates, glassware, flatware, and other utensils using the spray nozzle and Hobart machine during a shift to ensure we are fully stocked with clean materials to continue smooth operation of the restaurant. This individual is responsible for general upkeep and organization of the dish washing area as well as stocking sanitation chemicals for use with the Hobart Machine. Proper sanitation protocols must be followed. Responsibilities also include opening duties and closing cleaning duties.
