Tired Hands Brewing Company is looking for a qualified person to join our Back of House team as Sous Chef at our Tired Hands St. Oner’s, in Philadelphia. Working under the Tired Hands Executive Chef, and the St.Oner’s Head Chef, our Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in managing the daily operations of the kitchen & providing leadership & direction to Back of House staff. The Sous Chef ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet Tired Hands Brewing Company’s specifications and commitment to quality.
This positions is charged with maintaining a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen operation by performing the following duties:
