Job Details
  1. Show up on time for scheduled shift.
  2. Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
  3. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.).
  4. Safe and proper use of all equipment.
  5. Ensure standards of plate presentation before they are served.
  6. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
  7. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
  8. Check quality of ingredients and inform management of poor quality.
  9. Monitor stock and note items needed to be order when stocks are low.
  10. Follow directions and Assist managers with requested work.
  11. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.).
  12. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
  13. Ability to work as a team.
  14. Good communication skills.
