Job Details
Atrium Dumbo is seeking talented and experienced Executive Sous-Chefs to join their team.
Our ideal applicant is responsible, team orientated, has strong communication skills and able to learn quickly.
Candidates must have experience in a high volume restaurant and proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment.


-Experience in scheduling, training and development of staff
-Experience with costing, inventory and labor costing
-Oversee food production according to the Executive Chef's requirements & standards
-Review menu items for accuracy and consistency
-Work a flexible schedule

Candidate must have a 4 + years experience in a Sous Chef position.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Ability to manage and develop teams. Have completed New York City Food Handlers Certificate.
