A server at Brennan's is responsible for serving guests in a professional and welcoming manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. Servers must have a commanding presence in the dining room. The server must be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and service standards. 2+ years experience in a fine dining restaurant is a must.

About the Job:
• Ensure guest satisfaction at all of your talbes
• Maintain highest level of food and beverage knowledge
• Ensure excellent maintenance and cleanliness of the dining room at all times

About You:
• 2-3 years of restaurant experience in upscale concept
• High volume background is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Micros proficiency is a plus
