Our Hotel

This position is located at Mandarin Oriental Boston. Holding both the AAA Five Diamond and the Forbes Five-Star awards, Mandarin Oriental, Boston enjoys a coveted location in beautiful Back Bay. With a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere, the hotel offers the perfect blend of luxury and style.


The Cook will be responsible for cooking food as ordered and should be able to work on several different orders simultaneously. The Cook will also be responsible for washing, cutting and preparing food for serving and/or cooking.


  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Inventory food items and report on supplies to be ordered.
  • Control inventory for loss, waste and spoilage.
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils, keeping kitchen spotless in accordance with brand standards and to all health codes.
  • Adhere to food safety requirements.
  • Adhere to MOHG Mission and Guiding Principles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
