Under direction of the Quince General Manager, our ideal candidate would assist in overseeing front of the house team following Quince’s high standards of service and performing assigned responsibilities necessary for providing an excellent experience for our guests. Mastering management of the flow of service through communication with both the kitchen and dining room staff. We also welcome candidates who offer new ideas for the service of our guests, reservations department and staff education and training. 

Experience Desired:

  • 3+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience, preferably at a Michelin starred restaurant
  • Passion for service, food and wine
  • Ability to work as a team

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform all opening, closing and security responsibilities
  • Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests & company assets.
  • POS Maintenance
  • Monthly small wares inventory
  • Establishing pars and maintaining proper protocols for care, storage and maintenance of all CGS
  • Manage breakage, log and procedures
  • House account processing
  • Daily meeting and interface with all departments and senior management for any requirements, updates and changes
  • Assisting the FOH staff in service
  • Manage dining room expediting procedures
  • Create & maintain side work for all dining room employees
  • Train all members of service team on correct practices
