We are seeking an experienced hourly FOH Supervisor to run breakfast and lunch services!

Job Summary:  The Supervisor is responsible for supervision of restaurant operation, including adherence to health regulations. Supervises assigned staff to ensure achievement of overall financial results, guest satisfaction, and positive employee relations. Works with management to drive revenue, maximize profit, and ensure quality. Primary responsibilities will be to run breakfast and lunch services.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervises the restaurant staff to ensure department operates efficiently and business goals are achieved
  • Attends appropriate meetings and communicates effectively with all responsible staff to ensure guest and employee needs are met
  • Responsible for opening and closing the restaurant as needed
  • Accountable for guest satisfaction by ensuring food and beverage service standards are met and guest needs are responded to in a timely manner
  • Responsible for building and maintaining guest relationships to drive repeat business
  • Works side by side with management staff to train and model appropriate guest service standards
  • Works in conjunction with manager to deliver discipline/corrective actions
  • Assist with effective labor management through proper scheduling, monitoring, and adjusting based on business needs
  • Ensures a clean and safe work environment
  • Promotes collaboration and positive, professional work environment
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years restaurant supervisory expierence
  • Minimum 2 years food & beverage experience
  • Proficiency of basic computer applications and POS systems

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining standards of operations
  • Solid organizational and supervisory skills
  • Excellent guest service and hospitality skills and professional presentation
  • Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet high level standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership to resolve problems
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • Must be effective at listening, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by guests
