The ideal candidate must have a well-rounded knowledge of kitchen operations and techniques, enjoy a learning kitchen and is an experienced, hard-working and committed culinary professional who shares in our mission of providing the finest quality New Orleans fare to our guests. We are dedicated to continuing the rich history of New Orleans through locally inspired and nationally recognized cuisines.
As an ambassador for New Orleans and its unique culture, our restaurants are avid supporters of local farmers and fisherman.
