We are a new cafe from the team behind Bar Nine in Culver City!
 
For TEN, our focus is to take everything we love in a cafe experience, and find ways to elevate it. From revolutionary new coffee and tea preparations, a fully realized food menu with the top-of-the-line equipment, an impressive pastry operation that will service both of our cafes, a beautifully designed space in a hip new live/work complex (where we will also be executing room service ameneties!) to a small but focused selection of wine, beer, and signature drinks, TEN is about creating an intimate yet unforgettable experience.
 
We have worked closely with an incredible Chef who has worked in Michelin-starred kitchens, fine dining, fast casual, and more to develop a base menu and design a functional kitchen, that along with our founder, was designed to incorporate the Drinks team with the Food team in an inclusive kitchen with maximum efficiency and communication.

We are set to open February 2020 and are looking for a Sous Chef with aspirations for growth and who loves using the finest seasonal ingredients in fresh and exciting ways. This person will work closely with the CDC, Pastry Chef, FOH Manager, and General Manager to create exciting new preparations of classic cafe staples.
