MORIMOTO, Stephen Starr and Iron-Chef Masaharu Morimoto's interpretation of Modern Japanese fare, is now hiring energetic and talented BOH professionals. We are currently looking for LINE COOKS with open availability.

This is an opportunity to learn more about Japanese cuisine in an elevated and elegant setting!

QUALIFIED PM Line Cooks will possess:
-1+ years of experience in a notable metropolitan kitchen
-Ability to communicate verbally in English
-Culinary school graduate preferred
-Previous experience on a service station
-Career minded, punctual, reliable and has a desire to learn in order to move up the ladder
-Team player, no egos / no attitude / adaptability
-Sense of urgency during day to day operation
-Love of Japanese cuisine is a plus!

Designed by world renowned architect Tadao Ando, the restaurant’s entrance features the world’s largest Japanese Noren curtain set against a massive façade of austere steel.
