Opening its door in March 2020, Peak will house a premium restaurant, bar and an impressive events space 101 floors above New York City. Atop 30 Hudson Yards, this panoramic venue will be situated above the highest outdoor observation deck in the city. A luxurious destination with breath-taking views of lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty, Peak will be a vibrant and welcoming venue to be a part of.
Peak will be operated by a leading hospitality group, with 23 years’ experience in the events and restaurant industry. This international group recently expanded to New York in 2019, with the acquisition of premium events company Sonnier & Castle and the launch of Wild ink in Hudson Yards.
With this highly anticipated opening, the company are looking for Resturant Managers to join the Peak team.
As a Resturant Manager you should have experience leading large teams in upscale restaurants and/or bars, as well as excellent knowledge of the NYC dining scene.
You will be responsible for the operational AND commercial success of Peak ensuring that standards of quality and service are always delivered. Working closely with the GM and Director, you will manage all aspects of the level 101 restaurant and bar.
We are looking for personality, passion and presence – serious on the outside but fun on the inside.
