HaSalon comes to New York from Chef Eyal Shani (@eyaltomato), a renowned Israeli chef with 17 restaurants worldwide. HaSalon, the group's newest offering in Hell's Kitchen, offers two seatings per evening, one earlier and another later. The first seating is tranquil, offering the same menu but with a more quiet and mellow vibe. As the evening progresses, the dining room becomes more upbeat and loud as the party builds.
