Freehand Chicago is seeking line cook to work flat top, fryer and cold stations. Able to operate as one-person kitchen, work alone on the line, manage time and assist with prep for all stations. Some shifts will be on the line and others will involve prep, dish and support for the line cook -- small team where everyone wears multipe hats. All shifts are 8 hours and kitchen closes at 11pm. Excellent benefits available for full-time employees.
