Au Cheval Chicago is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook to join the team! We offer $18-$20/hr based on experience.
Brendan Sodikoff’s nationally acclaimed Au Cheval spins diner classics with a hip-hop vibe, an open kitchen, and a French influence, topping it all off with classic cocktails and a huge number of beers on draught. The fun happens for brunch, lunch, and dinner, going until late in the West Loop at 800 W. Randolph Street.
The restaurant is part of Hogsalt, Brendan Sodikoff’s dynamic and expanding restaurant group, centered in Chicago, with branches in New York City and Las Vegas. Hogsalt’s diverse portfolio includes Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maude’s Liquor Bar, Sawada Coffee, Small Cheval, 3 Greens Market, and 4 Charles Prime Rib.
Our ideal Line Cook candidate would be someone who is friendly, hospitable and smart. We need someone who can navigate a bustling environment with grace and make good decisions on the fly. We offer morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts. Flexible schedule based on skill set and availability.
