We are looking for full-time line cooks to join our team. Candidates must have a great attitude, sense of urgency, work clean and well in a team.

Tallula's is an ingredient-driven, neighborhood Mexican restaurant located in Santa Monica Canyon just a few hundred feet from the beach. Josh and Zoe both grew up going to this location in its former incarnation as Marix Tex Mex, and long dreamed of doing their own personal project in this space. When the opportunity came up, they partnered with Rustic Canyon Chef/Co-owner Jeremy Fox, and are now fulfilling their dream of having a neighborhood Mexican restaurant that sources its ingredients from the Santa Monica Farmer's Market as well as using organic dairy and other top quality products. Tallula's also has a great bar focused on Agave-based spirits and fresh market produce and well-curated wine and beer lists paired to match the flavors of the food. Tallula's is a place to gather with friends and loved ones and enjoy wonderful flavors and great drinks.

The kitchen at Tallula's is overseen by James Beard Finalist, Jeremy Fox. A love for great ingredients and passion for cooking is translated into a menu full of rich bold flavors and imaginative takes on familiar Mexican dishes. The seasonally inspired menu sources ingredients from the local farmers market and other local purveyors the chef knows and trusts. Desserts focus on deeply satisfying, ingredient driven takes on classic Mexican sweets.

Just steps from the beach, this market-driven Mexican spot debuted in April 2017 and is helmed by Executive Chef Saw Naing and Chef/Partner Jeremy Fox. Josh and Zoe both grew up going to this location in its former incarnation as a Tex Mex restaurant. The team calls on time-honored recipes to make fresh chile pastes and salsas in-house, as well as their own heirloom corn masa for fresh tortillas. There’s also a great bar with one of the largest collections of Mexican, small-batch spirits on the Westside.
