We’re hiring an experienced line cook to help the BOH team ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
- Strong knife skills are a must
- Able to learn quickly and constantly improve
- Basic math skills as it pertains to portioning and waste management
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently with attention to detail while following DOH standards
- A strong sense of urgency and strong communication skills
- Team work ethics
- Experience working in a fast paced and high energy environment
- Must possess thoroughness and time management skills
