We are looking for a dedicated and passionate candidate to fill a part time host position, with dinner shifts Friday and Saturday. For their role in directly assisting the guest with service, we include our hosts in the tip pool.
Duties include: -Helping manage the flow and plotting of the reservation book, -Greeting guests warmly and checking coats if needed, -Managing overflow and taking drink orders for waiting guests, -Directing information back and forth with the floor staff in regards to plotting and turn times, -Ability to describe all aspects of the food and beverage menus, -Assisting General Manager with HR and admin work, -Being able to assist with what is needed for service in any given moment.
Hosts are included in tip pool
Classic Food / Wine Service
Experience in a Fine Dining Establishment
Experience in a High Volume Environment
OpenTable or other
Reservation System Management
