Huertas is one of the handful on NYC restaurants cooking greenmarket-driven Spanish cuisine. A New York Times 2-star restaurant, we use a combination of traditional and modern techniques in our kitchen, while providing a warm and comfortable environment for our team and guests.
We are a small team (3 cooks, 2 sous chefs) and value candidates who are responsible and eager to learn over those who are simply looking for a job. If you have the right attitude, you can thrive here. We are looking for a cook who is capable of working multiple stations every week.
Everyone is treated with respect and you will have two days off weekly, and we accommodate requested days off.
