Job Details

Anton’s NYC is a new restaurant in the West Village from Chef/Owner Nick Anderer, formerly of Maialino and Marta, and GM/Beverage Director Natalie Johnson, most recently of Loring Place. Anton’s is a nostalgic New York Café and Wine Bar serving updated old-world cuisine. We are currently building our team for an exciting fall opening! Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of service experience, must demonstrate poise and strong leadership skills, and an overall willingness to contribute to supporting and continuously training all team members. Other qualifications include:     

  • Elevated food knowledge
  • Elevated wine, beer, and spirits knowledge
  • Advanced understanding of NYC dining and critic culture
  • Familiarity with Department of Health standards
  • Familiarity with Resy reservations and Toast POS systems
