Job Details

Anton’s NYC is a new restaurant in the West Village from Chef/Owner Nick Anderer, formerly of Maialino and Marta, and GM/Beverage Director Natalie Johnson, most recently of Loring Place. Anton’s is a nostalgic New York Café and Wine Bar serving updated old-world cuisine. We are currently building our team for an exciting fall opening! Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of service experience, must demonstrate poise and strong communication skills, and an overall willingness to contribute to supporting and continuously collaborating with all team members. Other qualifications include:   

  

Elevated food knowledge

Advanced wine, beer, and spirits knowledge

Advanced understanding of NYC dining and critic culture

Familiarity with Department of Health standards

Familiarity with Toast POS system is preferred
