James beard Award winning restaurant Rioja Is looking for experienced line cooks that have the upmost passion for food and hard work. Applicants must have

  • Knife skills
  • Ability to perform in a high stress high volume fine dining kitchen
  • Keep a clean and orderly station
  • Follow recipes accurately
  • Punctuality

All cooks will have opportunities to create small dishes for the menu or amuse bouches on a nightly basis in order to learn and show chefs what they are capable of. Health insurance, PTO, are some of the benefits we offer.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
