Job Details
Il Buco Alimentari and Vineria is looking for an experienced CDC to join our team. Come be a part of an amazing crew. We are not only a full service restaurant, we aslo make our own Salumi, Pasta, Bread and Gelato for this restaurant as well as our sister restaurant on Bond Street. We are looking for a strong team player, experienced in running a multi-faceted restaurant/production kitchen. Someone who knows their way around a HACCP plan but also wants to spread their creative wings.
