We are looking for somebody who understands impeccable service but also has strong knowledge of spirits ( sake & wines)
The perfect candidate should be somebody who has strong experience with FOH Management on all levels and who can take the bull by its horns and handle operations. This person should also have the know abouts to work cohesively with the Executive Chef and create a smooth synergy between the FOH & BOH.
Without getting into too much detail this project will garner a lot of attention so we are looking for superstars and visionaries as they will be part of something exciting and uniquely rare.
