Trapizzino is a highly-popular casual Roman restaurant concept created by one of Italy’s most awarded pizza makers, Stefano Callegari, with locations in Rome, Florence and Milan.
The first US location was opened in New York City’s Lower East Side in early 2017 to critical and guest acclaim.
The chef de partie/lead cook is responsible for overseeing our culinary team members during service and serves as the liaison with the prep and baking team.
Responsibilities:
Lead Service
Ensure restaurant operates in accordance with DOH code
Train and oversee other culinary personnel
Manage Delivery & Catering Orders
Requirements:
NYC DOH Food handlers card
At least 2 years experience in a fast paced restaurant working a short order station
Clean & organized working habits with attention to detail
Team player and good communicator with a positive attitude
Interest in Italian culinary traditions, looking for growth
