Job Details
JUNCTION, a 40-tap beer bar and High-End Burger destination on St. Claude Avenue, is currently accepting applications for our busy bar kitchen.

Great gig for the right applicant. We maintain a narrow, creative menu and an organized production system so one person can handle a small kitchen with a measure of oversight and assistance. All specialty components are scratch made, in-house. Shifts are set and consistent, with the caveat that we look out for our coworkers and cover shifts when necessary. We're a small house doing great business, and we intend to do more. We're looking for positive people help us grow. If you love making good food for good people, you should probably give us a shout.

Applicant should be comfortable working solo in a small, well-organized kitchen, ready and motivated to self-manage after adequate training. Must be hardworking, self-starting, and concerned for the well-being of your coworkers. Must be able to lift 50lbs comfortably. Must care about quality and presentation. Must be able to temp meat and handle high quality ground beef appropriately.
