We are seeking Line Cooks to join our team for our fine dining restaurant, O’ by Claude Le Tohic,.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, positive environment, which includes the potential for learning and advancement.
We offer the opportunity to work in a professional kitchen with a passionate culinary team, and to learn and master a wide range of cooking techniques. ONE65 offers a great opportunity to work and train with experienced Chefs. We are eager to teach and expand the knowledge and expertise of all culinary stations and roles, and we are looking for chefs who are excited to gain from that. This position requires dedication and reliability, as well as a passion for ingredients and technique perfection.
- Contribute to and oversee day-to-day culinary operations in a fast-paced and dynamic culinary environment.
- Time management skills are imperative
- Practice of all safety and sanitation standards is necessary
- A Food Handler’s Certification is required, and can be facilitated
- Responsibility to lift 50 lbs, and standing periods of time is required
- Can work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests, and enhance our restaurant's brand and reputation.
- Culinary degree, or 1+ years’ experience in a professional culinary environment is preferred. We welcome all qualified applicants.
