New restaurant with high-end concept opened in Nomad is looking for craftsmanship specialized in overall kitchen and seasonal menu operations.
Qualifications include but not limited to:
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant culinary/kitchen management experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
Strong experience, ability to work stations effectively.
Full-time flexibility and availability to work. Part-time positions are available.
Influential, team-oriented leadership style.
Excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure.
A passion for training and development of others.
Attention to details of food quality, preparation and presentation.
Previous experience with Italian or Mediterranean restaurants is a plus.
Qualifications required for the position:
2+ years NYC culinary experience
Ability to work independently
Maintain a sanitary and organized work environment
Willingness to learn, grow and contribute to a team atmosphere
