The Imperial is the latest venture from the owners of the acclaimed Jack Rose Dining Saloon. The experience at the stunning three-floor restaurant and bar begins in the bright, light-filled dining room, where Chef Russell Jones serves Mid-Atlantic inspired cuisine through the lens of southern France. The main floor also features a sparkling raw bar, and drinking bar pouring interesting wines, creative craft cocktail and vintage spirits. Real cocktail enthusiasts can head downstairs to the basement cocktail den Dram & Grain, and al fresco diners can enjoy drinks and dinner under the stars on The Imperial's two-tiered open-air rooftop garden.
