Job Details
We are searching for career minded chefs who are looking for a home after culinary school. We will teach you advanced whole animal butchery, natural fermentation baking with artisan grains, tasting menu, pasta making, pastry, high level napoletana pizza, fermentation and curing with koji, working with farm produce from 10 mins away, cheese making and artisans vinegars. Chef Viehland has lots of overseas contacts in Copenhagen, Paris, and London and can help you with a stagier at any of the San Pelligrino top 50 best restaurants in the world.

Ore Hill & Swyft offers two unique dining experiences. Ore Hill is our fine dining concept with tasting menu. Swyft is our casual wood fired pizza concept with progressive small and large plates. We have an organic farm 10 mins from the restaurant that supplies us with over 300 different varieties of vegetables, herbs, flowers, and tropical citrus. We also raise cattle, chickens and make cheese.
