Job Details
Award-winning pastry chef Shannon Swindle, executive pastry chef for Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne's Lucques Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced, passionate pastry cooks. Full time positions avaiable at Tavern restaurant in Brentwood - both PM and AM schedules.
Applicants must have a desire to work both line positions and production on a small team of hard-working pastry professionals, enjoy a focus on seasonal ever-evolving menus, and a dedication to a completely scratch kitchen.  Prefger 1 year of pastry expericnce in a high end restaurant or bakery, but a passion for our craft outweighs experience!
