Job Details

Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare is a three Michelin-starred restaurant looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent food, wine, and sake knowledge who can work well under pressure in a team environment as a Captain/Sommelier.

Ideal candidates should be detail oriented, professional, and highly-motivated. 

The dining room is inside the working kitchen. Previous work with a tasting menu format is appreciated.

Previous experience working within a Michelin-starred restaurant is prefered.

Certification with Court of Master Sommeliers / Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) or equivalent preferred.

Strong sake knowledge is preferred.
