Bartender:

The Sophy Hotel in Hyde Park has opened a full bar and restaurant named Mesler. The bar serves classic craft cocktails and the restaurant serves modern American cuisine. We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our bar team. This position is ideal for someone who is a team player, efficient, service-minded, and detail oriented. The responsibilities of this position are:

- Having knowledge of classic cocktails

- Preparing fresh garnishes daily

- Making cocktails efficiently and per the bar standards

- Keeping bar top clean at all times

-Anticipating guests’ needs

-Prompt and polite service

-Maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor

-Responsible cash handling

-Maintaining a good rapport with the back of house

-Safe and responsible food and alcohol handling
