La Betty is a neighborhood restaurant located in the Mount Vernon Triangle area of Washington, DC. We aim to be an approachable, fun and unique restaurant that serves home cooking in an FUN but relaxed environment. We are open for dinner six nights a week, and soon expanding to a brunch service. 

We are in search of hardworking, energetic, outgoing people to join our growing team.

Qualified candidates should have the following attributes:

Friendly, sociable, and inviting personality.

Passion for food and drink and with a desire to learn more.

Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Self Motivated and possess a desire to succeed.

At least 1 year experience as a server or 2-3 years customer service experience.

Understanding and troubleshooting experience with POS systems (Revel experience is a plus).

Attention to detail and exceptional work ethic.

Good problem solving skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Must have a flexible schedule.

Strong abilities in maintaining a dining room and floor image; cleanliness and organization.
