Sportservice offers a variety of options for every guest – from Asian stir fry or barbecue, to hamburgers, hot dogs, and popcorn, to the range of gourmet items served in our All-Inclusive Clubs. So whether it’s a sold-out hockey game, a major concert, or a nationally televised awards show, Sportservice excels at providing the finest in traditional concessions and gourmet dining.

The Opportunity


Serves menu items on the buffet in accordance with the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards, Food Safety Standards and applicable Operational Standards in various Premium spaces throughout the Arena. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Prior experience is preferred.



  • Responsible for ensuring all products on the buffet are rotated and served in a quick and neat fashion.
  • Replenish the food on the buffet as needed
  • Runs additional menu items from the kitchen to various buffet areas in an efficient and timely manner
  • Responsible for informing customers of the items on the buffet when asked.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



  • Knowledge and use of hot and cold buffet stations equipment.
  • Knowledge of ingredients on menu
  • Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in an interruptive environment.
  • Ability to multi-task in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions



  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds; ability to push up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift
  • Frequent bending, stretching, reaching and walking up and down stairs as the work duties demand
  • Good mobility to maneuver between tables or within narrow spaces to deliver food to customers; ability to balance food and beverage on a tray while walking around customers and on stairs

Delaware North Sportservice at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville offers a variety of options for Nashville Predators fans and other guests – from Asian stir fry or barbecue, to hamburgers, hot dogs, and popcorn, to the range of gourmet items served in its DEX All-Inclusive Zone and Cumberland 501 Club. Whether it’s a sold-out hockey game, a major concert, or a nationally televised awards show, Sportservice excels at providing the finest in traditional concessions and gourmet dining at Bridgestone Arena.

In January 2014, Bridgestone Arena opened Tavern ’96, its first year-round restaurant and bar with a public entrance at the Nissan SoBro south entrance. Located across from the new Music City Center convention hall, Tavern ’96 has created a new location for conventioneers to dine during events such as the CMA Music Fest and Nashville’s Music City July 4th celebration.
