Summary:
TheDining Room Managerprovides superior and personablecustomer servicetakes allnecessarystepsto ensureexcellent guest satisfaction.Responsibilities include, but are not
limited to the essential job functions and core competencies as described below.
Essential Job Functions:
-Ensure that“TheCharlie Palmer SteakServiceManual”is followed by FOH
employees
-Act as the Maitre d’ if needed
-Monitor FOH personal during service
-Ensure proper communication between FOH and BOH during service
-Actively participate to service: wine service, take food and wine orders, assist
support staff (clearing & resetting tables).
-Assist AGM or GM during counseling session
-Ensure that FOH employees are clocking in and out according to company policy
-Process new hire paperwork / Provide NHP to Human Resources / Maintain NHP
electronic filing
-POS Programing
-Process Gift card / Maintain proper GC records.
-Close or open restaurant according to company policy
-Maintain employee Key Log and follow the Archer Hotel Key policy
