Job Details
The Modern is seeking a full time Maitre D to join our team. 
 
This person will have had at least 18 months experience working in similar establishments, not neccesserily as a Maitre D but should have the apptitude to transfer neccessary skills, if no Maitre D expereince. 
 
The Modern comprimised two restaurants. One formal 2 Michelin starred one and the other a more casual Bar Room. The role each service would be to plan seatings and guests of note in both rooms and present each day to management and staff beforre each service. 
 
The Modern is a high volume environment with high guest expectations. This person must be familiar and comfortable in that environemt and be able to communicate with multiple guests at once, creating a memorable welcome and goodbye.
