- Ability and willingness to learn and grow
- Strong fish butchery and nigiri skills
- Fine dining experience is a plus. Learn to work with small plates and composed dishes.
About o ya:
Started in 2007 by husband and wife team Chef Tim and Nancy Cushman, O Ya restaurant builds on the form and flavors of traditional sushi and izakaya, Chef Tim's food is also informed by his decades of experience opening a wide variety of restaurants, finding inspiration in the cuisines of South East Asia, New England, France and beyond. As the Cushman Concepts group has grown Tim and Nancy continue to place great emphasis on people, making sure to hire staff that is dedicated and service oriented.
