The Breslin is seeking a talented, experienced and passionate Sommelier to be a part of our Beverage team!

Who you are:
  • You have 2 years experience as a Sommelier in a high-volume concept
  • Knowledgeable in French, Italian and American wines
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to engage & nurture guests, work well with others
  • Organized with the ability to maximize cover counts, seating flow, and guest satisfaction
  • A strong sense of urgency
  • Strong pairing, craft cocktail and wine knowledge
  • Inventory management & ordering
  • Passion for hospitality; true team player

We are seeking candidates who take a "total ownership" approach to their work.
