Au Cheval, located at 33 Cortlandt Alley in Tribeca, is seeking a Full-time AM Busser to join the team. Serving coffee, lunch, and dinner, Au Cheval dishes up traditional diner fare reimagined with a passion for eggs, a yen for other cuisines, a dash of sophistication, and a dollop of humor. Guests will find an emphasis on quality, playfulness and generosity -- both on the plate and in spirit -- as they indulge in items such as General Jane's chicken, roasted bone marrow, chopped chicken liver and the griddle's signature cheeseburger.
Au Cheval is part of Brendan Sodikoff's Hogsalt, which includes 4 Charles Prime Rib, Sawada Coffee, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maude's Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market.
