Busy reservation desk seeking to hire a full-time reservationist. Customer service and administrative duties experience a requirement. Seeking a qualified candidate with a profesional demanor offering a welcoming and friendly experience to all guests. The reservationist will report directly to our Assistant General Manager.
Job roles/requirements include but not limited to:
1. Answer all incoming calls and transfer inquires to correct department heads
2. Making and canceling reservations via Opentable
3. Daily confirmation calls to confirm all bookings
4. Checking restaurant's emails and responding to them accordingly
5. Communicating messages to senior staff - informing them of special requests, needs and complaints
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs and Opentable
Extremely flexible schedule. Expected weekly hours: 34
