Direct and maintain flow of guests through the restaurant during each shift by recording accurate reservations and distributing equal number of covers among servers. Maintain a clean and organized host stand.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required. Minimum 1 year of experience in similarly-sized restaurant.
