The Altamarea Group, a NYC based restaurant group, is excited to open its newest venture in DC in the Mt. Vernon Triangle neighborhood, Nicoletta Italian Kitchen and Brew'd opening Mid April. We are selectively looking for individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit and who thrive in an environment that demands excellence in every dimension. Inspired by the cuisine of acclaimed chef, Michael White, this restaurant offers Italian cuisine worldwide: prosciutto, mortadella, parmigiano, alongside with other signature dishes including meatballs, handmade pastas, and house-made gelato. Nicoletta Italian Kitchen will be under the leadership of Executive Chef, Bill Dorrler, Director, Jonna Gerlich and General Manager, Taylor Trone.
We seek professional Servers who are interested in working in a high quality and high volume environment. We are looking for staff who have a passion for food, beverage and hospitality paired with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a team.
