Nami Nori is a casual, Japanese restaurant, featuring temaki or sushi hand rolls, from a trio of alums from Masa restaurant (the only 3-star Michelin sushi restaurant in the US.) Located on Carmine St in the West Village, Nami Nori is committed to creating great experiences for both guests and employees alike.

We are seeking friendly and energetic hosts with a passion for hospitality, an upbeat personality and a positive attitude. We are looking for dependable, proactive, team players who strive for excellence. Prior experience is definitely a plus, but we also welcome candidates who have the above qualities who are in need of training. Position Requirements:

- Proficiency on a reservation system, particularly Resy, is a huge plus
- Excellent communication and organization skills are a must
- Food and wine/sake knowledge is a plus
- Must be able to handle a fast paced environment in a hospitable manner with grace and warmth
- Position requires standing and walking for the duration of the shift

We are accepting full time and part time candidates.   Must have availability to work nights and weekends.

Our menu features signature temaki, including crunchy varieties, as well as takes on the classics and a special vegan section. The open-style temaki allows guests to enjoy a wide variety of flavors, in each fun-to-eat, visually tempting bite.

We also serve Japanese-inspired snacks and appetizers, along with a selection of beer, sake and wine, available on tap and by the bottle.
